In 2020, our community grappled with anxious thoughts around loss of income, school closures and health concerns.

As we move forward, the Chilled and Considerate school programs educate students on how they can respond to their worries, whether they be about friends, school or the future. In addition to educating students, the program targets teacher wellbeing and parent responses to anxiety and worry.

Our programs are suitable for blended online or face to face delivery, and readily adaptable for global use.

We're delighted to see the incredible impact the course has had on so many participating schools and invite your school to join Chilled and Considerate.

Tailored school evaluations are offered in 2021 to ensure schools collect evidence of change and effectiveness within their own communities.
